*** PTO Special Report! ***

Our new water bottle filling stations have been installed in the school! Thanks to everyone who purchased items in our spring online auction to fund these water stations!

We'd like to say a HUGE thank you to BJ Alps and Alps Contracting! Thanks to Bj's very generous donation of free installation for our water stations, we were able to use the money raised to purchase FOUR stations instead of three!! Be sure to call Alps Contracting at 303-264-9112 for help with your next contracting project. We'd also like to thank Leslie George for coordinating the installation and connecting us with BJ.

Students and staff are already enjoying the bottle fillers and just one station filled over 100 water bottles in the first day! These stations will save time, reduce germs, and and reduce waste, as students reuse and refill their bottles easily.

^^ Bj and crew install four water stations at TPCA on Friday, 9/13.

Timberwolf Trot 2019

Friday, September 27, 2019

Our annual fun run allows us to raise funds for field trip transportation, classroom tools, school clubs, teacher appreciation, and free family festivals and events. Our goal this year is $60/student, but all donations, whatever amount, are appreciated.

Every student will get a school shirt and have fun on the day of the run!

Thank you for helping raise money to fill in our funding gaps!

<-- Here's this year's schedule! Parents are welcome and encouraged to run or cheer on our students on 9/27!

*All donations are one-time, not per lap. Please make checks payable to TPCA PTO.

Skirts and shorts must still come to the students finger tips with arms at their side.

How do I get involved?

There's something for everyone! Every parent can and should have a hand in making this a great year for all our students. Sign up to receive email updates, join the parent Facebook group, click on a sign-up link above, attend a monthly meeting, or email us for more info or to share your ideas.

What are the funds used for?

With the funds we raise, the PTO is able to provide free events throughout the year to promote school community. Additionally, money raised through the Trot and Silent Auction cover the cost of field trip transportation and help us reimburse teachers for some classroom supplies. We also use funds raised for special projects, like water bottle filling stations, playground shade, or a new piano for the music room.

Why should I track my volunteer hours?

All volunteers will be entered in a monthly drawing for gift cards or other prizes! We also like to show how involved our parents and guardians are in our school.
