Reinforcements needed
As we near the end of the first semester, many teachers are running out of classroom supplies. If you could help replenish any of these needed items, please deliver to the front office, labeled "for PTO." We will get them to the classrooms in need. Thank you so much!
- Disinfectant wipes
- Tissues (Kleenex)
- Hand sanitizer
- Emergency snacks (goldfish, cereal, etc)
- K-cups coffee for teachers

Don't forget to enter your volunteer hours to help us keep a yearly total and for a chance to win prizes!
Upcoming EVENTS
Smart-E Pants
Friday, December 6th is the next Smart-E Pants Day! Students bring $1 to wear pants or skirt of your choice, with a uniform top. These $1 donations go towards technology upgrades for our classrooms!
We've had lots of questions on what you can wear for Smart-E pants, so here's the skinny:
*Elementary can wear any kind of pants, shorts, or skirt (no sweats or lounge pants); middle school can wear any denim shorts, pants or skirts.
Skirts and shorts must still come to the students finger tips with arms at their side.
Spiritwear Store
The new Timberwolves spiritwear store is up and running! The TPCA dress code now allows students to wear TPCA spiritwear any day of the week. Purchase t-shirts, long sleeve shirts, and hoodies here. Visit the spiritwear store

Log Volunteer Hours
Please help us keep an accurate yearly total, by logging your volunteer hours. Each month we we will do a drawing for the PTO parking space. Enter your hours to win the super convenient parking space for a month or a local gift card! Records of our excellent parent involvement may help us qualify for grants and also encourage community support. Thank you!
**All TPCA families are asked to volunteer 10 hours per year. If you are short on time, each $10 donation of food or supplies also counts as 1 hour of time. Thank you for your support of TPCA!!**
Ongoing Fundraisers
New Rewards Program
We are excited to announce that we now have an awards program set up with American Furniture Warehouse. Your purchases will now benefit our school, when you mention Twin Peaks Charter Academy at your next furniture purchase! Please be sure to spread the word to friends and family as well.
Boxtops
Boxtops add up and with our boxtops money we are able to earn books for the school library and sports equipment for classes to use at recess!
Milk caps for Moo-La
Bring your Longmont Dairy milk caps to the school offices so we can earn money for our school!
King Soopers Rewards Program
If you have a King Soopers loyalty card you can earn money for TPCA every time you shop. You no longer need to load a gift card to support the school, you only need a "Sooper Card."
It's Sooper easy! Take 5 seconds to start earning money for Twin Peaks:
- Login to your account at kingsoopers.com or citymarket.com.
- Click on "Community Rewards" and type in HX413 (or search for Twin Peaks Charter Academy)
- Click enroll. Done!
The best part of the new program is that you can watch your donations to the school add up. King Sooper's donates 5% of your purchases every time you scan your loyalty card! Thank you for supporting TPCA while you shop!
PTO FAQ
How do I get involved?
There's something for everyone! Every parent can and should have a hand in making this a great year for all our students. Sign up to receive email updates, join the parent Facebook group, click on a sign-up link above, attend a monthly meeting, or email us for more info or to share your ideas.
What are the funds used for?
With the funds we raise, the PTO is able to provide free events throughout the year to promote school community. Additionally, money raised through the Trot and Silent Auction cover the cost of field trip transportation and help us reimburse teachers for some classroom supplies. We also use funds raised for special projects, like water bottle filling stations, playground shade, or a new piano for the music room.
Why should I track my volunteer hours?
All volunteers will be entered in a monthly drawing for gift cards or other prizes! We also like to show how involved our parents and guardians are in our school.
